What you get with GrantParty

Grants you qualify for, with the reason

Searches federal grants on Grants.gov, state and local programs, and foundation and corporate funders. Each result says why it fits your mission, location and budget, and the ones left out say why.

The funders that pay nonprofits like yours

Reads the grants foundations report to the IRS and lists the funders that paid nonprofits doing your kind of work, with typical grant sizes and years.

A full application, written from the funder's instructions

Reads the funder's own notice or request for proposals, drafts every section and the budget from your profile and documents, and checks the draft against each requirement.

Awards and reports in one place

Keeps each award's budget, deadlines and required reports, so the next application can point to results.

Get your first grant application drafted this month

  • Written from the funder's own instructions and your documents
  • Checked against every requirement before you submit
  • Facts it does not have are flagged for you, never made up

One payment. It does not renew. The $100 counts toward your first month if you stay.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell it about your nonprofit

Enter your EIN or website. GrantParty fills your profile from IRS records and your site, and you correct anything it got wrong.

  2. Step 2

    Pick a grant

Choose from grants it found, or upload a funder's notice or request for proposals.

  3. Step 3

    Get the draft

The writer drafts every section from the funder's instructions. You watch its progress and get an email when it is done.

  4. Step 4

    Fill the gaps and submit

It lists what it still needs from you, such as a letter of support or a number it could not find. It never makes one up.

Questions people ask

What is GrantParty?

GrantParty is software for small nonprofits and the people who write their grants. It finds grants you qualify for and says why each one fits. It shows which funders paid nonprofits like yours, from IRS records. It writes full applications from each funder's own instructions and tracks awards and reports. A version for government contractors finds federal contracts and writes proposals.

Who is GrantParty built for?

Small nonprofits where one or two people handle all the grant work, often the executive director. It also serves grant consultants who write for several clients (the Consultant plan covers up to 10 client organizations) and small businesses that bid on government contracts.

Will funders reject AI drafted applications?

Some funders limit AI use. NIH notice NOT-OD-25-132, effective September 25, 2025, says NIH will not consider applications substantially developed by AI, and NSF asks applicants to disclose AI use. GrantParty writes from your own profile, your documents and the funder's instructions. It does not invent partners, numbers or results; when it needs a fact it does not have, it marks the gap for you. You review and edit every line, and you can tell any funder how the draft was made.

How is GrantParty different from a grant database?

A database helps you find grants. For most small nonprofits the harder part is writing them. Sector estimates put one federal proposal at 80 to 200 hours of work, and the Grant Professionals Association reports typical success rates of 10 to 30 percent. GrantParty finds grants too, then drafts the full application from the funder's instructions and checks it against every requirement.

Does GrantParty cover local grants?

Yes. The grant search covers seven levels: federal, state, county, city, community foundation, private foundation and corporate. Local and private funders matter more since the 2025 federal funding cuts, and large national databases are thinnest at the county, city and community foundation levels.

How does fit scoring work?

Each grant is checked against your mission, location, programs, budget and eligibility. Every result comes with the reason it fits, and grants that were left out come with the reason too. Scores tell you where to spend your time. Confirm eligibility on the funder's own page before you apply.

Can grant consultants use GrantParty across multiple clients?

Yes. Each client gets its own workspace with its own profile, documents and grants. The Consultant plan is $399 a month for up to 10 client organizations, and we set it up with you on a call.

Does GrantParty handle government RFPs?

Yes. For contractors, GrantParty goes through the open SAM.gov notices for your NAICS codes each morning, checks each set-aside against your certifications, and explains why a notice fits or not. It also reads the state and county bid pages you add, each morning. When you start a proposal, it attaches the solicitation's own documents and drafts from them.

How much does GrantParty cost?

A 30-day pilot is $100, one payment, with every feature. After that, the Nonprofit plan is $149 a month or $1,490 a year for one organization and up to 3 people. The Contractor plan is $199 a month. The Consultant plan is $399 a month for up to 10 client organizations.

Where does the funder data come from?

From IRS records. Foundations and charities list the grants they paid on Form 990 Schedule I and Form 990-PF. GrantParty matches each recipient to its IRS record, so it can show which funders paid nonprofits with the same cause code, in the same state, over the last four tax years.
